Fine Jewelry is eligible for returns within 7 days of receiving your piece. All pieces must be in original packaging.

We will provide a Shipping Label at no cost to the client for returns.

All returns are subject to refusal by Kelly K Diamonds Team.

CUSTOM JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE

Every piece of custom jewelry is made just for you!

Please review your orders carefully and ask any questions necessary PRIOR to ordering.

LOOSE DIAMONDS ARE FINAL SALE

All loose diamonds will be provided with an Appraisal and Certified Report with purchase.

We offer two refined pathways for trade-in:

1. Trade-In Toward a New Kelly K Diamonds Piece

If you've previously purchased a piece from Kelly K Diamonds, we’re proud to offer you full trade-in value toward your next piece, provided your new purchase is double the value of your original item.

For example: If you purchased a $20,000 piece, you’ll receive a $20,000 credit toward a new piece valued at $40,000 or more. There are no expiration dates, no limitations, just our ongoing commitment to your journey through fine jewelry.

2. Trade-In of Non-Kelly K Items

We also welcome trade-in inquiries for fine jewelry not originally purchased from Kelly K Diamonds. These pieces are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered, all non-Kelly K items must:

Be accompanied by original documentation (such as GIA certificates, appraisals, and purchase receipts)
Be presented in person for physical inspection
Include a declared trade-in value the client wishes to receive

Once reviewed, we will offer what we believe reflects the true market value of the piece toward the purchase of a new Kelly K creation.
